When we first got informed about the project, we were all lost and had completely no idea what to do. The leader immediately organized our first meeting to get everyone started with the project. We gave roles in our group and I ensured that they know what their responsibility are. I find what I did well was being able to communicate effectively with my teammates to achieve better efficiency and teamwork. Team building was also a strength our team implied. Our team never encountered any conflicts with each other while working on this project.
