But a new international study suggests that there is another set of symptoms that can reveal a case of coronavirus with far more accuracy: a loss of taste or smell. According to the study, which has not yet been peer reviewed, these two COVID symptoms are actually the clearest signs that you've got the virus. With a total testing pool of over 10 million respondents, , individuals tested positive for coronavirus, representing a five percent rate of positivity. They found that anosmia and ageusia the clinical terms for loss of smell and taste, respectively , were "omnipresent," and "a reliable COVID signal, regardless of the participatory surveillance platform or testing policy.

A US Appeals Court sided with a photographer on Friday in a copyright dispute over how a foundation has marketed a series of Andy Warhol Works of Art, based on one of her pictures of Prince. The New York-based 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the artwork created by Warhol before his death in was not transformative and could not overcome copyright obligations to photographer Lynn Goldsmith. It returned the case to a lower court for further proceedings. In a statement, Goldsmith said she was grateful for the outcome in the 4-year-old fight initiated by a lawsuit from the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts. She said the foundation wanted to use her photograph without asking her permission or paying her anything for the work.
